I ordered 2 pair of New balance shoes for a total of $77. I recently got on the web site and opened up scam book and found 167 complaints against the company. I happened to pay through pay pal. I called Pay-pal and filed a complaint. They were very helpful in assisting me through the process. Pay-Pal does not tolerate fraudulent companies. After 10 days, if they do not respond, my money will be refunded. What happens is, the scam companies send you an item in the mail that weighs a few ounces. This gives them a tracking number to give Pay-Pal. With a tracking number, pay-pal states that you have to deal with the company directly. That is how these scam companies work.
