Purchased 2 pr of shoes couldnt find anywhere else - 2 wks later and no shoes so i googled Ann-Shoes and found that they're a total scam. Filed complaint w/PayPal and because Ann-Shoes mailed me a shower cap w/a tracking # PayPal disallowed my complaint and closed the file. Follow up call to PayPal resulted in an immediate refund - but you have to make the call. Cant do it on line.
