Ordered a pair of shoes. Seller shipped me a $0.25 sponge from china. Paypal paid the seller because he provided a tracking number for the shippment. Filed a claim for the scam. Paypal has ruled in my favor but I have to supply a tracking number of the returned sponge. It cost me $12 to ship back.
