*Filed a complaint w / Paypal for non-received item - seller provided tracking info. After digging deeper and finding this site, I refiled under item not as described.*
This seller is a scam artist, which I have learned after the fact. Running a website called www.anne-shoes.com / http://www.toni-mall.info/, I ordered a pair of Asics running shoes. Paid here on Paypal. Received an account sign-up confirmation, but no follow up. Around 11/10 I received a weird little padded envelope from China with a bent rubber pencil in it. I thought it was junk mail - I see now that the tracking # this scam artist has provided you was on that piece of mail. So - yes - they did trackably ship an item to me, but not what paid for nor promised by the vendor. Www.anne-shoes.com is now not available on the web, a Google search results in a DCMA take-down notice - and a bevy of scambook complaints similar to mine [http://usacomplaints.com/company/view/49758/Anne-Shoescom]. I may not get my money back, that's how a scam works - but they should be shut down to prevent continued abuse.
