Ordered 2 pair of Ryka Downbeat shoes. After 10 days nothing showing on the website that they had been sent out. I emailed the the address that was on my receipt for paypal and received no response. I filled a complaint with paypal. They sent them an email with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and followed the package. It arrived today and just like several others have said it was not my shoes I paided for it was a sponge scouring pad. This company is a scam do not order from them. If I would have read the reviews before I ordered I would not have order. I put in another dispute with Paypal. I thought since you could pay thru paypal it was a reputatble company. Well I was fooled. Do not order from this company scam! Scam! Scam!
