My husband bought my engagement ring from you guys 12yrs ago we change the stone in another jewerly store and we was standing there when they took the 1ct out and hand me the stone in a case. Keep in mind i was standing there with the jewerly tech the stone never left my sight. They never test to see if it was diamond or where I brought it all they was concern was I need them to take it off in front of me. Now I brought back the stone to your store to trade it. Your manager said it is not reading as a diamond. Around the same time (12yrs ago) I brought in a ring at your store and you did the very same thing as this store you took the stone out and hand it to me in my hand. Now you are saying the other store stole the ring. You know I am not going to take this likely cause you are selling fake diaond to people and people need to know this. You had some one call me saying take it to the store and they will send it in for testing. Have you seen your review you are not to be trusted. The manger said the ring have your code on it so what is the deal. After I send this to you I will send out to other people they need to test the diamond they brought at KAY'S. YOU ARE A FAKE and people needs to know.
