WAL-MART / T-Mobile prepaid is a scam … you have to buy card to get device to function, then if not happy with device or does not function…. As was my case. The Laptop stick purchased - says it works with any windows system, but it would NOT work with my Windows 7 Pro 64bit. Returned the device, but Walmart would not take back the now useless Refill card. You LOSE the money for the refill card... It will not be refunded! Boy, I should start such a scam... Both WalMart and T-mobile make out like bandits!
