I requested for refill (prenatal for my wife) to the Walmart on 6000 Coit Road, Plano TX, one week ago and I went twice asking about the refill till now they did not refilled and they did not bother to tell the status and not even contacted doctor for change of prescription in case of no stock.
I went today again and I told the pharmacist that I want to file a complaint but she was not even cooperative and telling no such thing here and wait for tomorrow I will contact doctor and get back to you on your refill.
My wife is breast feeding my 5 months son ans since more than one week she is not taking the prenatals as walmart did not refilled
