On 8/31/04, I made the terrible mistake of ordering products totaling $129.40 from National Collectors Mint, thinking that they would be quality products and real collector's items. They are junk that we do not want. I want my full refund, including shipping cost, and I cannot reach the Customer Service Department no matter what time I call.
