Ripoff and they don't answer the phone and want to collect to give a refund! Washington, West Haven Connecticut, Port Chester West haven

On 8/31/04 I made the terribel mistake of ordering products totalling $129.40 from National Collectors Mint thinking that they would be quality products and real collector's items and they are junk that we don't want and I want my full refund including shipping cost and I can't reach the Customer Service Department no matter at what time I call!
