This site came through a friend who did not send us the e-mail (we did not know at the time so we trusted the mail without contacting the friend). We looked at the products, became members (so we can order) where we were helped on the live chat line. All was good, quick sufficient... After we ordered and they received or money they have not responded to any of our questions, we are still waiting on our tracking number and cargo company. As soon as we mention our order number they block us from their chat line. What can we do now except warn others?
