On December 12th, I placed an online order with this company. I have sent 6 emails about my order. I was sent a fake packing comfirmation #. I have sent several emails since and I have never received a reply. When I login to the company site, I can see my order number but when I click on it, an error message appears. I had several messages on the website and they have disappeared. I have spoke with them twice on chat and I have copies of the chat, the chat represenative was very rude and quit answering my questions about my orders. It has been almost a month and I still have not received anything anf no response from the website or chat line.
