I place an order on 9/09/07. I tried to cancel the order several times over the next few days with no response. I finally was able to get Eric Blane to respond in the chat room. He told me on 9/12/07 that it would ship on 9/13/07. I did not get any notification so I went into chat line many times and could not get anyone to respond. On 9/14/07 I after many attempts got Eric on the chat line. He said it had shipped and I would get my tracking number on 9/17/07. I did not get the tracking number and tried to call the 1-800-490-0331 many times. I never got an answer. I finally got Michele on the chat line and she said she had the tracking number and would email it to me ASAP. I never got it. I tried and tried over the next 4 days to get someone to respond on the chat line and never got a response. I finally tried on 9/21.07 using my birth name and got Michele to get on the chat line. I told here I still needed my tracking number. She said I know and hung up on me. I have asked many times by Email and Chat line fo cancel my order and get my money back with no response. Do not use this site it is a rip-off.
