My wife bought me the "supreme" detailing for my suv. I called at least five times and left voice mail messages with my voucher number, asking for them to call and schedule the detailing. They never bothered to return any calls. Today I called Livingsocial to get my wife's credit card credited, and the best they would do was issue a "Livingsocial credit" to be used on some other rip-off. I've not filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's Department of Justice Office of Consumer Protection online. I'll also be filing a complaint with the BBB against Walter's Auto Detailing. I only wish my wife had checked them out before wasting her money with these ripoff artists.
