I tried to call McAfee about my computer running slow & I was worried that I might have had a virus. I was somehow redirected to iyogi. They wanted to try to remotely get on my computer to see what the issue was. They were successful in doing so & I believed they were repairing my computer. Then to my surprise, a lot of my programs were not there, & my computer was running slow. (Keep in mind that they charged me $160 for that) & when I called them back for this issue of my computer running slow, there tried to get me to extend my package for 3years & purchase a 3year package for $360. I declined and the guy would not take no for an answer. I finally just told him I CAN'T!!! I think that he was a little bit pissed off because I'm assuming they make commission. But they day after all of this, that I attempted to log on, my computer was completely broken. & By Broken, I mean it WILL NOT START UP!!! The screen is black, & then all of the sudden a random screen saver comes on & no icons or arrows are there. I believe that iyogi is a huge scam. They try to get u to buy packages but they erase your programs & put viruses on your computer & try to get u to buy more from them. I do not believe they are a legit company. You are better off going through a company like "GEEK SQUAD". Oh ya, & the fact that they are in INDIA & their accents are so thick you can barely understand them & their English is so broken makes it 10 times more frustrating!!! Uggghhh!!! Ever turn to iyogi for any of your computer issues!!! Scam!!!
