Gateway Help PC Support to fix my Virus' and
errors in my Desk Computer.
The 3 technicians did not fix my computer.
The Gateway Help PC Support Supervisor (Tom)
asked me to send this letter to you.
The Supervisor asked me to wait for 2 more technicians to try to fix my computer. He said that the problem will be in our files for a year.
The Help Support Services was not able to fix this problem.
