Came down with FBI virus, paid the $250 for protection. I specifically asked they keep all work in-house (not to outsource it to another country). They assured/promised me they wouldn't. Well I got a phone call from tech stating they were bumped off and needed my help getting back on, guess where they were calling from... Korea!!! They lied to me.
You can't talk to a supervisor at all!!! The Level 1 tech gives you some standard (Inappropriate Content Removed) I managed to talk to a "senior tech" (doesn't mean anything) and this time he promised all work would stay in Florida, he even wrote it in the notes, yeah right. Well another phone call later it was "john" from India!!!
What's going on with this company.
There is no possible way anyone will get back to you! My issue started on a Thursday at 10:30am and it is currently now Friday at 9pm... Still no computer working properly.

Can watch them fumbling around on the computer, with each tech doing the same standard checklist of diagnostics.
The have ruined my computer and they have no policy in the event they cannot fix the problems they created that renders my computer totally useless. Oh, they did say they would refund me back the money... Great that does me, my computer doesn't work.

Any suggestions?
