They assured me they could fix my computer remotely and did not. A local technician later diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. I paid extra to be able to schedule phone calls rather than dealing with their long phone wait times. They regularly called back much later than scheduled or not at all. When I requested a refund by email, they did not respond at all.
