These charges just appeared on our T-Mobile bill. I do not give my cell number to anyone except close friends and family. Who are these people and how can they get away with this?
I called their 800 number and got a recording with an option to cancel their "premium customer care" service, but they ask for my cell number and I don't feel comfortable entering it (even though they obviously have it!) It's some kind of scam that needs to be stopped!!!
