This company sent an SMS message to my cell phone that I deleted. I noticed two $9.99 Premium service charges on my December T-mobile bill that I had not subscribed to. T-mobile cancelled these charges when I called them. Now my Jan 12 mobile bill has another $9.99 Premium service charge dated 14Dec11 from the same vendor, Skyloft Quiz. Is there any way of suing these companies for unauthorized charges. I called the provided Tel#1-866-860-1606 to cancel this subscription. The company identified themselves as Mobile Media Products and wanted me to fax my T-mobile phone bill to them so they could send me a refund check. I do not want to give them more info. Are there any legal or regulatory options than one may avail of to put an end to this scam.
