I was charged $9.99 for a RING from MOBILE MESSENGER and $5.99 for a TEXT from MOBILE MESSENGER on 11/06. I have never subcribed to any services by them nor did I purchase any ringtones. I called my cell phone provider when I saw these charges on my bill and they gave me a phone number and web address. 1-800-235-7105 and www.2yourcell.com.
When I called the phone number it was an automated voice system, with options. One option was to unsubscribe from their services, and promted you to enter your cell phone number. There was no one to actually speak to or leave a message. I "unsubcribed" over the phone... But we will see what happens on next months bill.
Currently, Sprint doesn't have any way to block messages from one specific provider, they would have to block all incoming text messages to do this.
