I purchased 2 Dealfind vouchers for lawn care in July. I made an appointment with the company and they never showed up. They didn't return emails and their voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave a message. I emailed Dealfind (because they no longer take phone calls) and got an auto-reply that I would get a response in 1 - 2 business days. A week later I got an email saying I had been credited "Dealfind dollars." I emailed back and advised them that I didn't want to do business with Dealfind again and wanted a refund which they refused.
Given the fact that they no longer take phone calls I am assuming they're close to shutting down and keeping whatever money they have that belongs to other people.
