I purchased 2 vouchers to First Rayt Cleaners from Dealfind.com. The deal stated we could start service as of Tuesday June 26. When I tried to book an appointment with the vendor they said they were not accepting Dealfind vouchers until August. I filed a complaint with Dealfind and received an autoresponse that they'd get back to me in 4-5 days.in the meantime, I tried contacting the vendor again. Just to test my theory that this was a scam on June 26th, I tried booking an appointment for August. They did not respond to my appointment request. I contacted Dealfind for a refund on June 28th. On June 29, I received an email from Zuzanna at Dealfind saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. On July 3rd the vendor emailed me saying that they don't offer service for the time I requested (8:30am). It is July 13, I have not heard anything from Dealfind even though they said they'd get back to me in 48hrs. I have since sent another email and left 2 voicemail messages. No response from Dealfind whatsoever. I am thoroughly disappointed with this experience. Dealfind and First Rayt Cleaners scammed me out of $198.00. I should have stuck with Groupon as I have used them a number of times and have never had a bad experience. If you are considering using Dealfind.com, I would NOT recommend it.
