I placed an order August. Back then, "Canada" was part of the drop-down menu for shipping. After a month of no products delivered, I checked the status of my orders and they were still pending. I read through their policies and discovered that had changed things. They no longer ship to Canada and decided to keep my money and not tell me.
I contacted them several times in every possible way I could. It took about 6 months before someone finally responded, but any response I made after that was ignored.
I continued to harass them about a refund and they got back to me a couple months ago saying they had to write a check and asked for my address. Again, my response went completely ignored.
It's been a year and they have still done NOTHING. I am overwhelmed by their lack of customer service. Don't shop there!
