I am a disabled Veteran and feel I have been robbed due to head injuries I am not all there most of the time this company has taken advantage of me and continue to do so please help

This company stated they would train me and get me started on a internet business and I received a 299 dollar special laptop and have been charged 178 dollars a month for this priviledge I want to stop this lease however they state that it is a non cancellable lease and nothing I can do about it.

Well besides being a disabled vet with a brain injury I am currently suffering from atrial fibrilation of the heart and may be dead before this lease is paid in full I would appreciate any assistance I can get
