Got AT&T mobile bill with $9.99 plus $0.89 tax for "Calendar" monthly subscription charged by Byte Spike LLC. Called AT&T and they immediately credited the amount as well as another monthly on my August bill (not yet received in the mail) for the same amount from the same company.
Owner of company is Mike Savary. Its address and phone number is easy to find via Google. I thought of phoning or writing to this jerk but was wary of giving him my identity. I discovered they have a website (bytespike.com) with a contact form that allows entry of only name, email address and phone number. I substituted invective in those fields and re-sent the "info", oh I don't know, maybe a hundred times. It's easy to do in Firefox because you can re-fill the fields automatically. You should all take some time out and do the same thing. Maybe we can overwhelm their server:-)
