Ordered a flat screen TV mount from this "firm" last week. When several days passed without hearing back or receiving email confirmation (yet noting that my credit card had been debited!) I tried to contact by email and phone. After several days received an email back saying order being processed. When several more days past without any tracking information, I called again. Finally got in touch with someone who seemed surprised i would be calling and that "Oh we are shipping that today and youll get tracking information by email". Four days later, no email, again no response to to several phone calls and email. Apparently I am not the first person to be scammed by this group. Caveat emptor and make sure you dotn use debit cards!
