Rip off! Charged my card immediately but never received product

I purchased an Xbox 360 Keyboard/Mouse Adaptor from this online "company" back on March 13th. I paid $29.99.

I sent a follow up email asking for an ETA - No reponse.

I sent a second email 4 days later asking for my tracking number - No reponse.

I then send an email with a subject line reading "REFUND!!!" - I got a response!

Here is EXACTLY (word for word) what the response stated:

"I've just been really sick, and to the hospital twice. Bedridden last couple of months

You should receive tracking info within a day or two. I am processing all past orders now"

What kind of professional image are they trying to demonstrate?

I waited 5 days. Never got the tracking number. So I sent ANOTHER email saying "WTF" - No response.

I finally sent them one last email today indicating I was going to report them to the BBB by tomorrow if they didn't have a tracking number to me TODAY and confirmation my product was in fact shipped.

I don't expect to get a response.

Total and 100% fraudulent. I truely hope no one else get's doped by this fake company.
