I had canceled a reservation from Orbitz and tried to rebook a new flight. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and when I talked to customer service representative, she couldn't find my canceled reservation and asked me for my name twice when I told her the first time. Then she tells me that I have to go to Delta. Delta had no problem finding my canceled reservation. Never will I book a flight with Orbitz ever again because customer service sucks.
