On saturday JULY 28TH around 11:00 am, i went to a branch of bank of america at6636 Hwy 64 E, knightdale NC. All i want it to do was exchanging euros money to us dollars for my father who was with me at the bank, the assistant manager asked for my id and my bank card (i am banking with bank of america for 11 years now). She told me the exchange rate, took the money 500 euros and started working on it. She left the office came back and told me i couldn't have my money back right now, i have to wait until monday cause their is a process. I was very surprised and mad asked for my euros money asked her to cancel it but she said no my only way is to wait until monday. Still now i did not get back my father money who was supposed to pay an order with that money before leaving usa to africa. I wanted an exchange not a deposit.
