Home depot online patio chair orde

Not at all happy with the time it takes home depot to deliver orders. I ordered a patio chair online on 07/16... My status changed to shipped on 07/18... And delivery by 07/25. Then on 07/23 it changed to delivery on 08/02. Called them and was told that a 3rd party logistics company is handling my delivery. I called them and was told that they had not received the order from hd. Called hd csr and was told that it had shippe on 07/18 and that the truck makes many, many stops. The warehouse is about 650 miles from my area... Even the pony express would be faster. I checked my order status a few hours later and it changed to being processed for pickup and in transit to delivery terminal. Funny how after i called, my order was then processed for pickup!!! Never, never again
