Not update my autoloan note but cashed the check

I made 2 payments on dec one for dec and the other for jan. The jan payment has not been posted therefore i am still due on jan 5 for a payment. I called the customer service number and spoke to the rep's supervisor and eachtime i am told to call back in a couple of days and check however today i am told that is incorrect and the process starts over again and now I have to wait for another 3-5 business days, which it is a week therefore my note will be late.

I asked the supervisors to email me what our conversation was all about so I can reference back when I check in a week and she said she could not do this. It is technically absurd that a supervisor or manager can not correct this on-line, I am in the business of programming and deploying financial applications for over 20 years and it is a bad customer service signal not to allow high end staff to correct such problems.in addition the internal works of their payment process should have sensed the two payments and recalc the loan and bring it up to date. All banks have this standard feature. Once a bad signal is sent to a client it takes a long time to recover and sometimes clients just go to another auto loan bank, which is what I am going to do.

I certainly have lost the trust i had and when it comes to money it is highly critical and very important.
All I kept hearing form the customer service staff is I am sorry.
