Flooring delivery

I ordered hardwood flooring on 6/8. The order was supposed to be delivered at the Glendale home depot (NY) by 6/22 for pick up. On 6/23 I called and was told that it was not in the store yet and that I had to wait couple more days. On 6/28 I called again and was told that it was still on the way. I then called directly to the supplier and asked about my order. They've never heard anything about it and said that home depot did not contact them about this order. After an hour spent with the supplier, they agreed to send flooring to the store. On 6/29 home depot called and told that order had finally shipped and I should expect it by Monday. I called on Tuesday and order had not been delivered yet because of holidays. I called again on Friday and was told that they had problems with shipper and that finally the order was on its way. Today is already 7/12 and my order is still nowhere to find. I called today twice already. First time they hang up on my and second time they told me that they need to find out something and they will call me back shortly. 3 hours later they called and told that they contacted the shipper and was told that the delivery will be 7/13 at night hopefully.
I am angry because my mother-in-law is coming on 7/15 and her room is not ready yet. I had to cancel furniture shipment because there is no flooring yet. The whole situation is just very upsetting. I am very disappointed with home depot.
