APPLIANCE DELIVERY - Freezer upright

Ordered online a upright freezer. It was to be delivered 5/5. Delivery was attempted by temco (home depot's delivery agent). When item was brought to back of truck, the delivery agent tilted it and then dropped in into the back of the truck to remove cardboard. When it was brought down to inspect and bring into my home, not surprisingly it was dented across one side at the bottom. I refused delivery and rescheduled for this week 5/12. Again, I wasted another saturday morning waiting for delivery. Today the front panel had a full thickness cut through it (front door). They wanted to attempt a third delivery. The agents and their manager are not sincere, and why would I waste my time for a third time when the quality of service is sooooo poor to date. Never order from Home depot. Use Costco, Lowes or Sears - even if it costs a bit more. Quality of service is what brings clients back over and over. Unfortunately Home Depot and Temco do not realize this.
