The Radio Shack Store in Colonie Center, Albany, N.Y. Sell Verizon wireless phones
and renews an existing account contract.
My contract with Verizon wireless, which contains 2 lines, needed to be renewed by 08/23.
Radio Shack had a large Verizon advertisement in front of their store. After obtaining info on different Verizon Programs, the new phone purchase included a trade in of old phone. Only 1 new phone was necessary. An LG Chocolate touch phone (purchase price $150),
& an old Verizon wireless were traded for 2 new phones. The new phone is no wheres as convenient as the LG phone. The new phone is unacceptable & I want to return 1 new phone &
have the old LG returned to me.
Radio Shack will take the new phone back but not return the LG phone. I know they still have it in the store. This is not acceptable to me. If they will take the new phone back & reimburst the the money, they should finish the original deal & return the LG phone also. When I purchased the new phone with a trade in of the old phone, I had no idea that,
if new phone was returned, that the LG phone
would not be returned to me.
Please help me reverse the transaction, & have the LG wireless phone returned to me.
The store manager, CHRIS ROBERTS, has the LG phone in the Colonie Center Radio Shack store
till Monday, 8/6 afternoon. Radio Shack's,
