I was sold a used cell phone, Unknown to me. I had problems w/phone. At&t couldn't replace it because of warranty expired.in spite of the fact that phone was not even 6months old according to purchase slip date. Finally at&t replaced phone w/same old model type sold to me. I was told to complain to Radio Shack. Radio Shack would not replace my phone w/a new phone as I thought I purchased. I still have an old phone that dosen't work properly and is out dateded. I tried to upgrade w/at&t and they wouldn't negotiate because Radio Shack sold it to me. I have all of the paper work warranty that I purchased from Radio Shack. I am still stuck with an out dated cell phone due to wrong doing from radio shack corp. I'm tired of arguing because of radio shack crooked deal. I was told i purchased a new uptodate cell phone. Clerk lied to me and the store refuses to make good. I made a major purchase that day and purchased an out dated piece of old merchandise and no one will owe up and replase it w/a proper purchase. Once again, i have all of the reciepts and contract in my possesion. This is totaly un fair and I am appealing to a higher authourity to resolve this problem. Radio Shack has long been my choice of store and I have now been ignored and screwed. How unfair!!! Mr. Maddalena
