The most dishonest and unethical company out there. The sales reps. Will call you and give you unbelievable rates, but as the old adage goes, "if it's too good to be true, it's probably not true. I was told by customer service that regardless of of what the sales rep. Told me, am still responsible for the balance in my account.
I canceled my account even though he offered to give me lower rates, but the discount will not be retroactive. I told him that if you fool once, shame on you, if you fool me twice, shame on me. Good try, but I told them this is a terrible way of getting business.
