Last year essex bank refuse to do a loan modification and we had tried to continue to send payments and thye sent them back because they told us they were not going to take the principle one week and the interest the next week anymore. Then i asked why and told them the circumstances of things and was told by this woman at essex in lake zurich, ill that she could care less if i had brain surgery and if i had died then i would had done them all a favor. Then on top of that they sent people here at 1 am to see if i and my husband were still living in the house and my husband was gone as he is a truck driver and i got up to check on my granddaughter and there stood a man looking at me through a window and i scared i could not believe what i was seeing and was being charged for this. I got no response from essex bank. Thye were not our orignal mortgage holder surban federal was then a month later was told thye were but dovenmile is a lender and essex is our servicer? Then it gets revered i don;t know what to believe anymore i just know i am loosing my home and these poeple have been so abusive and so immature to me and put me under so much stress i have more health problems than i have ever had.
