Nice website with local address. Sent repair person to check out microwave. Repair person suggested cash for initial visit of $50.00 and $40.00 more to order part needed. Never came back, never returned any phone calls. Essex county contacted and refused to refund any money. Hung up on me several times. And, by the way, the address in the internet ad is BOGUS - there IS no 993 Pleasant Valley way.
They should not be allowed to advertise on the net, and this complaint should be published on their website.
