We have purchased two king size mattresses from Boscov's. The first one was deemed defective and returned. The second one is also found to be defective. Both were inspected and confirmed to be defective. The store will credit us toward another mattress. We do not want to purchase another one from Boscov's. They refuse to refund our money, blaming it on the mattress company's policy.
Can we do anything to have our money returned?
