I went into the store in Langley Park, MD, May 52 and asked for 2 firm mattreses. Extra firm mattresses were delivered. I notified the store that they were too hard. They told me to sleep on them 2 weeks to get use to them. I did so and got up with a pain in my hips every morning. I notified them again and was told I had to wait 30 days before they could do anything about it. I did this and went into the store and was told to fill out some papers and that someone would contact me. (1 month and 2 weeks at this point) Mean while I have been sleeping in a chair. The person came out and inspected both mattresses. The store sent me a letter telling me the mattress was defective and to go to the store and pick out another one. The problems began when I told them I bought 2. Both mattresses were checked out when the man came out. They have yet to contact me about the 2nd one. I am still sleeping in a chair. They also want me to pay $69.99 for their defective product when they pick the mattresses up. At this point I want them to pick both of them up and give me my money back.
