11/06 - Purchased Stearns & Foster mattress set from the Dunwoody store.
9/07 - Returned to store for warranty repair. Mailed forms given to me by store.
After several months and resending forms, phone calls to store, etc, they refuse to respond to warranty claim.
2/08 - I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Per the BBB, the store was non responsive and never acknowledged or answered.
Let the buyer beware. I will Never Shop at Mattress King Again.
