Home Depot countertop installers, Old Castle, caused extreme damage to sheet rock and walls including 8x3" and 6x3" holes I could put my hand through. Wall damage pulled off plaster that was not even near the countertop. They left more than 2/3 countertop extended which is against building codes and did not re-attach dishwasher as the contract stated they would. There is a space large enough to see light through under the bar countertop. Despite several attempts to seek resolution from the 'project coordinator' and general manager I have received no compensation or even a visit to see the problem. Their retort is "some damage was to be expected", as stated in contract. Well, some and EXTREME are not the same. Of course, I was forced to pay by charge in full before Home Depot even came to measure.
