Just tried to add minutes on prepaid cell phone (919-360-9669). Has been over an hour & did it by web & entering card pin number 16835-15458-82817, purchased Walgreens, 6901 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC. 27612. Same occurring problem for numerous time. Walgreen 919-420-7737, Double minutes&Tracfone DBlE MIN PHNE CARD$24.99, their pin # 5049989507700959; RFN# 0963-4210-1689-1207-3103. This is my 2nd complaint about the same issue.
