Am having troublesome time adding 120 minutes airtime card purchased yesterday for $29.99.in addition it shows I have until 8-16, airtime has not been added to this date. Have lost in the past over 70 plus minutes just to get phone activation. Phone # is 919-360-9669 with no alternate phone #, which I gave up & reported to Tracfone in March of this year. Don't have any minutes on phone now. PIN # is 16367-11514-50243, EMI # is 010722002029111. Have gone through this to times. CSC has been unable to assist me.
Don't know it is so hard for them & me. Have had Tracfone for years. I don't send text or emails by phone!!!??? They constantly tell me I have to have alternate phone #. What a rip-off!!!
