TRACFONE sells a 200 min. Card that states DOUBLE MINUTES and one would believe that would mean 400 min. Service for all purchases. It seems everyone except those with a gov. Phone gets the 400 min. The ones that need the best deal is descriminated against and get only 200 min. For $40.00 state tax. I have a TracFone and have been purchasing the $40.00 card and always get 400 min. I purchased one today 12-01-09 for someone that has the gov. Card and it was good for only 200 min. Even though I could get 400 min. On my phone. I complained and they refused to refund or assist in any manner. (just read the same response several times) 400 min. For $40.00 tax is expensive to begin with when PagePlus has unlimited everything for $39.95 nationwide with (I believe) better coverage.
The sales clerks will tell you as it states on the 200 Min. Card (DOUBLE MINUTES) that you will recieve 400 min.
BEWARE OF TRACFONE!!!
