I made a payment at the verizon store located in Marion Ohio only to find out my payment was not posted to my account and my cell phone was disconnected I was told without a receipt they cant find out where my money went to and my phone was disconnected and I was charge the fee again and was told that it would be a charge of 15.00 per line. I feel that verizon should do a payment investigation to find out where my money went to since i used the system they use to make payment no one was willing to help me find out where the my money went
