Verizon cut my service off as I did make a payment in the amount of $110.00 dollars and was told that I would be charge a $15.00 reconnect fee. I need somebody help. Verizon Wireless treats it customer like dogs. Do we have any rights in the USA against company like Verizon. I called them and was told nothing pay or no service point blank. And then they hung up on me.
