Verison Wireless Mismanagement of accounts. Boulder City

A. Payment made in extending office of a Verizon Store.
B. Payment excepted with a 3.00 cash handling fee.
C. Money order excepted and was later rejected.
D. Bookkeeping skills limited and not of full protecol with company policies.
E. They want me to find the payment that was applied to my account. Its in cybor space by negligance on their behalf. I feel I should not have to find my money on account of there inapt ability to process a simple payment.

Granted we are not talking about a lot of money, but the principle of this senario is I am suppose to find my payment that has been confirmed. It was never stipulated in my contract I could not pay by any other method via M/O or cash with an extra cash handling fee. I was talked down to by some wimp, who could not or would not answer my basic questions. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was continually on line going round and round in circles with this idiot. There were customers in the store and I told this idiot I was getting no where with our discussions because he was inapt to answer my questions. He demanded additional money to be paid, and I said not until you find my cyber money. Who's to say your going to lose this payment as well.
Now I am writing to corporate and see what they can figure out.
