I ordered some pain relief for £19.99 and a month later £79.99 was withdrawn from my account another month later £79.99 was taken. I looked on their terms and conditions which explained that it was every 90 days this would happen, i rang them and they said i had signed up for a monthly subscription which happens to be the same price. This was all in dollars originally but later translated directly into GBP, which is not the proper exchange rate. None of which was explained. I was offered 25% as a refund which i feel is unfai
