We ordered 2 Dominoes pepperoni/bacon pizzas online to be delivered for my sons birthday party. When the pizza arrived, 1 was pepperoni/bacon the other was pepperoni/mushrooms. Both were overcooked and the one with bacon was so badly burned that I just had to call the Ellenwood Ga store. The person I spoke with said they would remake the correct order and have it delivered immediately. After about an hour with no delivery, I called the store again. This time I asked to speak to the manager. A person by the name of Rick got on the phone and immediately took a defensive position as if the store had not done anything wrong. He said too much time had gone by and that they would not replace my order. This person was so rude and ignorant I question whether he was really the manager at all. I took pictures of their "gross" delivery and posted this complaint on the customer care link of the Dominoes website. I will continue to pursue this issue until I get some satisfaction. You best believe I will NEVER order anything from Dominoes Pizza again!
